After getting the vaccine, going through the vent, and escaping Nemesis again it takes you to a safe room, but i cant open the chest, open the pause menu, or save the game. I cant even open my inventory. How do i fix this??? I have to alt+f4 just to leave the game because it doesnt let me open pause menu.
