Not if you quick flash them first. It's like an instand flash grenade when you don't charge up. so then you have time.

i like the hcannon not for his power yeah let say abit but a lil bit.. but for long distance shoot.

most everyone likes the handcannon. for me it's the PRL gun. faster way to kill regenerators!!!!!

i love it. it's powerful.. but the charge time is quite long so I get my head cut by dr. salvador once..

Same here, and even sometimes on any random enemy if I have the ammo!
