Tyrant or Nemisis

Nemesis, of course. Something that would kill the tyrant would probably only stun Nemesis.

It would be fun to watch Mr. X and Nemesis fight hand to hand though, then wear the other's trenchcoat as a sign of their victory.

Mr. X is the tyrant from RE2, kind of looks like Nemesis in a way since he's massive and wears a trenchcoat too.

But anywho, compared to all the other tyrant models, Nemesis seems like he's almost indestructable. He survived his own rocket launcher's explosion and then being thrown into a dissolving pool, only coming out stronger each time (though he did consume a tyrant's body for his last mutation). He then survives several shots of a rail gun, finally put down by several revolver shots to the head.

You also have to remember Nemesis is intelligent enough to use weapons, so if had his rocket launcher he'd easily be able to win.

my vote goes with nemesis.
nearly all tyrant battles have them slowly dragging there ass's about, easy as hell to kill, or take down, but nemesis comes at ya fast and hard, with his rocket launcher and strength.
them 2 aside, wesker will be the ultimate fight, he coudl kick any tyrants ass.

This is a tough question because they're both very strong and badazz monsters. Either you choose Tyrant, the first main B.O.W to be announced in the RE universe (also a classic B.O.W nowadays) or Nemesis, an upgraded Tyrant injected with the Nemesis virus. I personally like Tyrant because its the first B.O.W to make me say... "SH*T!" and also because he's retro (RE1 for the PS) but Nemesis is better because he's more faster and more scarier. Nemesis would kill Tyrant like nothing "STAAAAARS!..."
