Resident Evil 6 unlock everything but it didn't work..

Hello,

I have unlocked all the weapons and everything else with the RE6 editor exe , this one

, it seemed to work, as I opened my savedata.bin , however I see I don't have any unlocked weapon... I had a few unlocked one in the prologue, then when I started from chapter one I only had the shotgun....
anybody have any suggestion, maybe an alternative unlocker?
